Homicide Investigation Underway in Valley Village
LOS ANGELES — Homicide detectives are actively investigating a death uncovered during a welfare check at an apartment building in Valley Village. The incident occurred on Saturday afternoon around 2:30 p.m. in the 12600 block of Riverside Drive, near Whitsett Avenue.
Upon arrival, officers from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Valley Bureau discovered a male victim inside his apartment. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene; however, police have not disclosed his identity, age, or the cause of death. As of now, no information regarding potential suspects has been made available.
