Oscar-nominated actor Haley Joel Osment, known for his roles in “The Sixth Sense” and “A.I.,” has been charged with public intoxication and cocaine possession after an arrest at a Northern California ski resort. The 37-year-old actor was arrested on April 8 at Mammoth Mountain. He is scheduled to be arraigned on July 7 for the misdemeanor charges. Osment’s representative has not commented on the charges. Despite his early success in movies, Osment has continued working as a voice actor and has appeared in television shows like “The Kominsky Method” and “What We Do in the Shadows.” Notably, Osment was among those who lost their homes in the Eaton Fire near Los Angeles in January. This is not the first time Osment has faced legal trouble, as he was previously charged with drunken driving and marijuana possession in 2006 after crashing his car into a mailbox and breaking a rib.
